Glasgow North West Citizens Advice Bureau is a local, independent charity which provides free, impartial and confidential advice and information to give you the tools you need to sort out any issues or problems. We’re at the heart of the community and offer several services, including:
Benefits
Talk to us about issues with your benefits, or get information on tax credits and child benefit.
Work
We’ll help you address all types of workplace problems, including issues with discrimination or redundancy.
Debt and money
Discuss how to better manage your debt or get money advice from our trained specialists.

We can guide you on making a complaint about faulty goods or bad service.

Access support for a variety of family issues, from getting child maintenance to ending a relationship.

Glasgow North West Citizens Advice Bureau is a member of Citizens Advice Scotland (CAS). CAS supports our bureau by providing management and fundraising expertise, plus resources like IT, tools and training. Citizens Advice Scotland is dedicated to empowering local communities and campaigning for change where it’s needed most.
